David J. Lemanski, President/CEO
Dave Lemanski is President and CEO of Chippewa River Industries, Inc. where he has worked since May, 2001. He has over 20 years of experience in the Community Rehabilitation Program industry. Since 2001, CRI, Inc. has grown to a multi-million dollar enterprise, tripling the annual number of people served since 2001.
Dave has served on numerous boards including Rehabilitation For Wisconsin in Action, Chippewa Falls Industrial Development Corporation Board, ADRC of Chippewa County Board, Lake Hallie Lake Association Board, and Down Syndrome Footprint Board. Past volunteer activities include mentoring in the Chippewa Falls Mentor Program, Junior Achievement – Chippewa Falls School District, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, and Lake Hallie Youth Softball.
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison, Dave enjoys hunting, fishing, the Green Bay Packers, UW Badgers, and playing the piano. He lives in the Village of Lake Hallie with his wife and two daughters.
Brandon Casto, Chief Financial Officer
Brandon Casto is the Chief Financial Officer at Chippewa River Industries, Inc. where he has worked since May 2016. He has over 20 years of experience in the fields of finance and banking.
Brandon is a graduate of Edgewood College (Madison, WI) and holds a BBA with a minor in economics and an MBA in finance. He values maximizing operational efficiencies and building strong relationships with business partners.
Brandon has experience serving in a volunteer capacity within a variety of community organizations, including neighborhood groups, planning and development teams, and church committees. He has served on the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwestern Wisconsin Board of Directors, as a mentor for Junior Achievement, and is currently the Philanthropy Committee Chair and a Community Volunteer Leader for the Northwest Wisconsin Chapter of the American Red Cross. Brandon resides in Eau Claire with his wife and children.
Dan Rowe, Director of Business Development
Dan Rowe is Director of Business Development with Chippewa River Industries, Inc. In this role, Dan works with multiple types of manufactures and businesses, providing cost effective line assembly & packaging labor solutions for all aspects of the production process, including inspection, repackaging, finishing, and other service solutions. Dan has worked in the area of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development since 1987. He can help your company make decisions about allocating resources by providing an outsourced packaging and fulfillment solution tailored to your specific project needs.
Dan is married and lives in Eau Claire. He enjoys traveling, golfing, and spending quality time in northern Wisconsin with family.
Scott Krueger, Human Resources and Administrative Coordinator
Scott Krueger has worked at Chippewa River Industries since June of 2015. He worked in a variety of industries his entire career including: teaching, coaching, USDA inspector and Day Service Supervisor. In 2015, he became the first Human Resources and Administrative Coordinator for CRI. Scott received a Bachelor of Science degree (Elementary Ed/Special Ed. Certificate) from Concordia University – Nebraska. He fills out this role by doing what he can to advance the mission of CRI.
Scott Lives in Altoona with his wife and two of their children.
Jeanni Conner, Regional Services Manager
Jeanni Conner manages CRI offices in Eau Claire, Menomonie, Rice Lake, La Crosse, and Chippewa Falls. Her duties include supervision and training staff within the Community Employment Programs. In previous positions, she has worked as an Employment Specialist, Job Coach, and Supported Employment Program Coordinator for CRI. Jeanni also served as Branch Manager for Rescare Home Care and as a Liaison Supervisor for Gemini Home Care.
Jeanni is an active member of the Chippewa, Eau Claire, and Dunn County CCOT’s, a committee that has a focus on high school students and transition into community employment. She has also volunteered for Special Olympics and her church. Jeanni attended CVTC in Eau Claire, WI. She is a lifelong resident of the Chippewa Valley and currently resides in Eau Claire.
In her spare time she enjoys sports and traveling. Jeanni has a significant other, 3 daughters, and a son in law.
Ginger Waegli, Support Services Manager
Ginger Waegli is a Support Services Manager at Chippewa River Industries, Inc. Ginger oversees the Pre-Vocational and Life Skills-Chippewa Valley programs offered by CRI. Ginger has worked at CRI since 1994 and has experience as a Job Coach, Floor Supervisor, and Case Manager.
Ginger is a graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Stout with a degree in Vocational Rehabilitation/Special Education. Ginger has a passion for the clients and families she serves. She feels that Pre-Vocational services are a value to those who use and learn from them.
Ginger serves on the Special Friends Board and was also part of the RFW Conference Committee. She serves on several internal and community committees. Ginger lives in Cadott with her husband and children.
Sandy Ripplinger, Production Manager
Sandy has worked at CRI since October 2005, working in several different Production roles, enjoying and growing from each experience. As a Production Manager, Sandy oversees CRI’s food packaging lines. In addition to leading a team of Supervisors, she ensures Food Safety Standards are strictly met including CRI’s HACCP/GMP Plans.
Sandy lives in Chippewa Falls with her husband. She has two children and two grandchildren. Sandy enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
Darin Boos, Production Manager
Darin is a CRI Production Manager since February 5th 2016. He has over 25 years in supervision and Management. His primary duties include managing floor supervisors, oversight of 80 employees, and ensuring a safe and productive work environment. He is in charge of daily production scheduling and shipping. He is a member of the CRI Safety Committee and serves on our First Response Team. His main goals are producing a quality product, customer satisfaction, and continual improvement in the production line process.
Darin lives in Chippewa Falls and enjoys spending time with family and friends, and spends as much time as possible outdoors hunting, camping and working.
